These terms govern the use of the Habit Combo website and the pre-launch waitlist. By using the site or joining the list, you accept these terms.
What Habit Combo is today
Habit Combo is a habit-building app in its pre-launch phase. This website exists to present the app and manage a waitlist. Joining the list does not create an account or commit you to anything: it only authorizes us to notify you about the launch, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The waitlist
- Joining is free and voluntary. You can leave at any time by writing to hola@habitcombo.app.
- Launch perks for waitlist members will be announced before launch and may be adjusted until then.
- We do not guarantee a specific launch date or the availability of the app in every country or on every device.
Acceptable use of the site
We ask for something simple: do not use the site in ways that damage it or harm other people. In particular, do not attempt to access systems or data that are not yours, and do not use automated means to flood the waitlist form.
Intellectual property
The Habit Combo name, logo, texts, illustrations, and the design of this site belong to us or are used under license. You are free to share links to the site; you may not copy or reuse its contents for commercial purposes without our permission.
Informational content
The guides and other content on this site are informational and educational. They are not medical or psychological advice; if a habit affects your health, consult a professional.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and error-free, but we cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will publish the new version here with its update date. Relevant changes will be communicated through the usual channels.
